A former employee has filed a proposed class action against Direct Heating & Cooling, Inc., and its manager claiming workers were not paid proper overtime wages.
A former employee has filed a proposed class action against Direct Heating & Cooling, Inc., and its manager claiming workers were not paid proper time-and-a-half overtime wages as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff claims that during various times between February 2014 and September 2016 he worked more than 40 hours a week, sometimes off the clock, without being paid time-and-a-half for each hour worked over 40.
