Largaespada Kitchen Cabinet Corp. and two individuals are the defendants in a proposed class action filed by a former cabinet installer who claims he worked an average of 48 on-the-clock hours plus six off-the-clock hours per week without being paid properly for all hours worked. The lawsuit, which cites alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), claims the plaintiff’s average hours worked each week and the pay he received do not add up to the federal minimum wage. The plaintiff says he worked for the defendants from February 2016 through early January 2017.
