Therapy Zone Incorporated and two individuals are the defendants in a lawsuit filed on behalf of physical and occupational therapy assistants who were not paid overtime.
Therapy Zone Incorporated and two individuals are the defendants in a proposed collective action filed on behalf of physical and occupational therapy assistants who worked for them during the past three years without receiving overtime compensation. The plaintiff claims he and similarly situated employees regularly worked at the defendants’ Arkansas Physical Therapy & Wellness centers for more than 40 hours per week, but never received time-and-a-half overtime wages. The suit cites violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Arkansas state law.
