Georgia taxi company Happy Cab, LLC and one individual are facing a proposed class action lawsuit filed by a former dispatcher who claims she and similarly situated workers were deprived of their rightful minimum and overtime wages. The plaintiff alleges she typically worked more than 60 hours per week between May and November 2016 without being paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked over 40.
