Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. and Dassault Aircraft Services Corp. are the defendants in a proposed collective action that alleges the companies failed to pay overtime.
Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. and Dassault Aircraft Services Corp. are the defendants in a proposed collective action out of Arkansas that alleges the companies failed to pay proper overtime wages under federal and state labor laws. Filed by a former hourly paid mechanic employed by the defendants from 2004 through May 2017, the case claims team leaders working for the airplane manufacturers regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without being paid at the time-and-a-half overtime rate.
