Cleaning Companies Hit with Employee's Unpaid Wage Claims

BIM Cleaning Services, Inc., Quality Facility Solutions Corp. (which does business as Quality Floorshine Solutions), and two individuals are facing claims that they failed to pay their employees proper wages. According to the complaint, the plaintiff is employed as a carpenter and laborer and works between 40 and 50 hours per week for $10 to $12 per hour. He says he is not compensated properly for some of the hours he works and is denied time-and-a-half overtime wages for the hours he works in excess of 40 per week. The complaint further alleges that the defendants failed to provide their employees with proper wage statements and notices.
