A class action lawsuit out of Florida claims GRC Landscaping Services, LLC and its operators failed to pay workers proper overtime wages under the FLSA.
A class action lawsuit out of Florida claims GRC Landscaping Services, LLC and its operators failed to pay workers proper overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Filed by a former laborer, the lawsuit alleges class members worked roughly 50 hours a week without receiving FLSA-required time-and-a-half overtime pay for each hour worked over 40.
