McClure Properties, LTD and West Coast Tomato, LLC are the defendants in a class action alleging the companies illegally required their workforce to receive their wages via payroll debit cards. As a result, the lawsuit says, workers were not paid their full wages due to convenience fees, foreign fees and other surcharges associated with accessing the money.
