A former Hotel Connections employee has filed class action against the company alleging she and other proposed class members were not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Filed in Florida, the complaint claims the defendant, a travel industry crew accommodations company, did not compensate those working as account representatives at the FLSA-required time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
