Two Debt Collectors Sued Over Allegedly Incomplete Collection Letters
October 30, 2017 Distressed Asset Portfolio IV, LLC and Unifund CCR, LLC have been named as defendants in a proposed class action lawsuit that claims they sent a New York woman a collection letter that failed to comply with federal debt collection law.
