The Berkley Group Accused of Placing Unsolicited Robocalls in TCPA Suit
January 19, 2018 A Florida man has filed suit against The Berkley Group, Inc. claiming the defendant placed autodialed telemarketing calls to his cell phone 'on many occasions' without his prior consent, an alleged violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
