Fort Berthold Indian Reservation Landowners Sue Oil Companies Over ‘Unauthorized’ Pipeline Use
October 29, 2018 Members of three affiliated Native American tribes who own land on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation claim a group of oil and gas companies have failed to pay them for the use of a pipeline that runs through their land.
