Redbox Hit with Class Action Over Alleged ‘Spam’ Text Message Campaign
June 7, 2019 Redbox Automated Retail, LLC has been hit with a proposed class action over the DVD, Blu-ray and video game rental company’s alleged practice of sending consumers automated text messages without obtaining their prior consent to do so.
