Atlanta, Georgia eatery Antica Posta Ristorante, Inc. and one individual with control of the business are facing a former server's proposed wage and hour lawsuit.
Atlanta, Georgia eatery Antica Posta Ristorante, Inc. and one individual with day-to-day control of the business are the defendants in a former server’s proposed class action over alleged minimum wage violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff, who worked for the defendants from July to November 2016, specifically alleges she and similarly situated employees were not paid for all hours worked and were only compensated in tips received from customers without a direct hourly wage.
