The operating entity of the Ameritania at Times Square hotel in New York City – Ameritania 54th Associates, LLC – and two owners are on the wrong end of a proposed class action over allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff, who the case says was employed by the defendants from 1998 through September 2016 as a laundryman and construction worker, claims he often worked 45 hours per week without time-and-a-half overtime pay.
