American Road Management Hit with Former Employee's Overtime Lawsuit

Orange County, Florida Harley Davidson motorcycle dealership American Road Management, Inc. is the defendant in a proposed class action filed by a former sales employee who claims he did not make enough in commissions to be exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff, who worked for the defendant from December 2016 through the end of March 2017, claims he worked more than 40 hours during some workweeks but was not paid at the time-and-a-half rate for that 40+ hour work time.
