A proposed class action filed in Florida against American Fire Sprinkler Services, Inc. and two individuals alleges at least 25 current or former employees are owed unpaid minimum and/or overtime wages dating back three years. The plaintiff, who worked for the defendants as a sprinkler installer from 2002 through April 2017, claims he worked an average of 60 hours per week without being paid at the time-and-a-half rate for hours worked over 40.
