PT’s Showclub (Denver River Concepts), VCG Holding Corp. and Lowrie Management LLP have been named in a lawsuit out of Colorado that says they “unjustly and illegally enrich themselves” at the expense of the plaintiff and potential class members, who work as exotic dancers. According to the complaint, the defendants deny the dancers the proper minimum wage, overtime pay and full retention of tips – all while asking them to pay certain fees and fines in order to dance at the club. The suit lists fifteen clubs believed to be owned, operated and controlled by VCG.
