Trex Deck Mold Lawsuit
A Trex decking lawsuitwas filed on behalf of a consumer who claims that he purchased and installed Trex outdoor decking material to construct a deck at his home. Allegedly, this decking product contained a material defect in its design and manufacture. The Trex deck lawsuit claims that mold and dark spotting occurred at “extensive and alarming rates,” well beyond what should be expected for an outdoor decking product and well beyond what consumers should have expected based on the company’s advertisements and warranties as to the quality of the material.
