Specifically, attorneys believe Puritan.com may be using a tracking tool to secretly record users’ activities—including which products they browse and purchase—and share the data with PayPal. You can find the details on this and other data privacy investigations here. | A new lawsuit is claiming that the labeling on Hello Kids Fluoride Rinse gives the false and misleading impression that the product—which is sold in two “kid-enticing flavors”—is safe for young children. According to the suit, the scientific consensus remains that fluoride mouth rinses are not safe for children under six, as they are at risk of swallowing large amounts of the rinses inadvertently.
