| ~ In Other News ~ According to the proposed class action, Friskies Party Mix Natural Yums contain two types of preservatives, despite packaging claims to the contrary. For one, the case says, the pet food company uses a synthetic form of citric acid derived from heavy chemical processing, consumption of which has been linked to shortness of breath and other problems. Read more on the allegations here. | Lifted Liquids has been hit with a proposed class action claiming that its Urb-brand delta-8 and delta-10 vape products contain an illegal amount of delta-9 THC. The complaint alleges that each sample of the products in question contained between 450 and 1,330 percent over the lawful maximum limit of delta-9 THC. Want more?
