The deal resolves claims that the drinks were unlawfully and misleadingly labeled and, in addition to compensating consumers, will require Molson Coors Beverage Company to remove the “with antioxidant vitamin C from acerola superfruit” statement from the products’ labeling and marketing. The amount of money consumers can receive depends on several factors, including how many units they bought and whether they have proof of their purchases. The minimum payment for valid claims is $6.00, though the payment may be reduced depending upon the number of valid claims and other factors. There’s a deadline for claiming a piece of the settlement, so head over to this page for all the details. | DHL Drivers: Were You Paid Properly? If you’ve worked for SER Enterprises or Sidwell Air Freight delivering packages for DHL, you should know that lawsuits have been filed claiming you may not have been paid properly. The suits allege that although delivery drivers are provided with DHL-branded vans, uniforms and scanning devices, the company hasn’t done its part to ensure the workers are paid in accordance with the law. Specifically, drivers have complained of working without proper overtime pay, working through unpaid meal breaks and working off the clock. Now, attorneys need more drivers from SER and Sidwell to come forward to help strengthen the litigation. If you’ve delivered packages for these companies on behalf of DHL, learn more about the ongoing cases and what you can do here. |

| ~ In Other News ~ We’ve touched on the issues some Ford drivers have experienced with their 10R80 transmissions, and now additional vehicles have been added to the ongoing investigation. These drivers have described their transmissions as “slipping,” “jerking,” “harsh” or “rough,” while others say their vehicles make a loud “clunking” noise and hesitate between gears. Attorneys working with ClassAction.org have reason to believe that Ford knows (or should know) about the problem but is not taking the proper steps to address and remedy it. Now, the attorneys are looking into whether a lawsuit can be filed to help drivers get back the money they spent on repairs and force Ford to find a permanent fix for the problem. If you've had problems with the transmission in your Ford, head over to this page for a list of potentially affected vehicles and a chance to share your story. | Church & Dwight is under fire as a proposed class action is accusing the consumer goods titan of greenwashing – a practice in which a company will spend more time and effort on appearing environmentally friendly instead of actually minimizing its impact. Specifically, the lawsuit calls into question the company’s Arm & Hammer Clean Burst laundry detergent, claiming that it isn’t as eco-friendly as advertised since the product contains high levels of dioxane – a chemical linked to negative effects on human health and the environment. Although the presence of dioxane is not listed anywhere on the detergent’s packaging or label, independent testing conducted last year found that the product contains a significant amount of the chemical in question, the case says.
