Woods Pharmacy, LLC allegedly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited junk faxes that did not include mandatory opt-out notices.

Woods Pharmacy, LLC allegedly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited junk faxes that did not include mandatory opt-out notices. The lawsuit, filed in Pennsylvania, claims the plaintiff, New Leaf Recovery Services, P.C., had no prior relationship with the defendant before it began receiving the unauthorized fax advertisements.
