A Colorado consumer claims U.S. Bank National Association placed automated robocalls to her cell phone between 2015 and 2017 without consent.
Colorado
U.S. Bank National Association is the defendant in a Colorado consumer’s proposed class action in which the woman claims the defendant violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing automated robocalls without consent. The plaintiff alleges she received the defendant’s unauthorized calls between August 2015 and April 2017 despite requesting on numerous occasions that she no longer wished to be contacted by phone. The lawsuit claims the robocalls were placed using prohibited automatic dialing technology.
[Note: This lawsuit was transferred from Colorado to U.S. District Court in Minnesota, the state in which U.S. Bank National Association is headquartered, in December 2017.]
