The Keyes Company is facing a proposed class action filed by a Florida woman who claims the defendant sent her an unsolicited text message advertising its real estate brokerage services. Citing alleged Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations, the suit argues that the defendant used an automated dialing system to send the text despite never having received the plaintiff’s prior consent. The complaint claims the company’s actions unlawfully “inconvenienced” the plaintiff and “caused disruption to her daily life.”
