A California man has filed a proposed class action lawsuit that claims Insurance Care Now, LLC violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) when it used an automated telephone dialing system to place unsolicited calls to consumers’ cell phones. The lawsuit claims the plaintiff never entered into any business relationship with nor gave express consent to the defendant before the robocalls began.
