Solomon and Associates Placed Illegal Robocalls, Lawsuit Claims

Solomon and Associates, LLC, which does business as Solar Media Team, is on the receiving end of a proposed class action out of California that alleges the company unlawfully contacted consumers’ cell phones in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Filed by a San Diego resident, the case claims the Florida-headquartered defendant used an automatic telephone dialing system that made use of a prerecorded message to contact consumers’ cell phones without receiving prior express consent to do so.
