Ryoo Dental, Inc. v. I V Support Systems, Inc. et al
Filed: March 20, 2018 ◆§ 8:18cv443
Siella Medical has been accused of violating federal law by sending unsolicited fax advertisements.
A California dental office has filed suit against I V Support Systems, Inc. (which does business as Siella Medical) and two of the company’s executives claiming they violated federal law by sending out unsolicited fax advertisements. According to the complaint, the plaintiff received a business solicitation fax from the defendants that didn’t include the required opt-out information containing instructions on how to refuse future faxes. The case argues that before sending the fax, the defendants had not obtained the plaintiff’s permission and had “no established business relationship” with the firm.
