The official La Pura class action settlement website, which includes information about both deals, can be found at LaPuraClassActionSettlement.com.
The settlement with Quick Box, LLC and its affiliates, which the La Pura class action lawsuit claimed were involved in the fulfillment of customer orders, covers anyone who was billed for La Pura products between June 20, 2016 and September 9, 2024.
Separately, the deal with Konnektive LLC and other related parties—whose computer systems were allegedly used to support cosmetics sales—covers anyone in the United States who was billed for any products advertised, sold or shipped under the La Pura brand name (including variations such as La’Pura or LaPura) between June 12, 2016 and October 10, 2024.
Per the settlement website, Quick Box and its affiliates have agreed to pay $5.5 million to resolve the allegations against them, while the Konnektive companies will provide either $2 million or $5 million, depending on the results of an upcoming bench trial.

To receive a cash payout from the La Pura settlements, class members must submit a timely, valid claim form online or by mail or email. Consumers must file a claim for the Quick Box deal by February 5, 2025. The deadline for the Konnektive settlement is March 8, 2025.
Class members must file a separate claim form for each settlement to be eligible for a cash payout from both deals, the website emphasizes. The site adds that proof of purchase is not required.
To submit a claim form online for the Quick Box settlement, head to this page. Alternatively, you can download a PDF claim form to return by mail or email to the settlement administrator.
Likewise, you can file a Konnektive settlement claim form online on this page or download a PDF copy of the form to return by mail or email.
To submit a claim online for either settlement, you will need to provide your unique Class Member ID, which is typically located on the personalized settlement notice you may have received regarding each deal.
According to the website, individual payout amounts will be based on class members’ La Pura purchases as reflected in order records. Cash payments are subject to adjustment on a pro rata basis depending on the total number of valid claims that are submitted, the site shares.
The Quick Box and Konnektive settlements—which were preliminarily approved by the court in September and October 2024, respectively—now await final approval from United States District Judge Linda Lopez. If the court ultimately approves the terms of each deal, there may be appeals that must be resolved before settlement rebates are issued to eligible consumers, the website explains.
The class action suit remains ongoing against a slew of other companies that are accused of creating websites that purported to offer free trials to entice consumers into buying La Pura products, among other allegedly fraudulent practices.
