Selip & Stylianou Accused of Misrepresenting Amount of NJ Woman’s Debt

Selip & Stylianou, LLP is the defendant in a proposed class action lawsuit that claims the debt collector violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by failing to clearly communicate the amount of a consumer’s alleged debt.
