RSI Enterprises Named in Debt Collection Lawsuit

A proposed class action seeking damages for alleged Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDPCA) violations claims defendant RSI Enterprises, Inc. sent a collection notice to the plaintiff that contained “multiple contradictory and confusing statements” about the amount of debt owed.
