Tampa, Florida-based Senior Care Group, Inc. is the plaintiff in a proposed class action that alleges pharmaceutical distributor Red Parrot Distribution sent illegal junk fax messages that did not contain mandatory opt-out language to at least 40 recipients. The lawsuit cities alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act’s (TCPA) Junk Fax Prevention provision.
