A proposed class action claims Presidio Brands, Inc. lied to consumers by claiming its Every Man Jack brand products were “naturally derived” despite containing artificially processed and synthetic ingredients. The lawsuit takes issue with the defendant’s allegedly misleading and deceptive marketing practices and labeling strategy, which center on claims that Every Man Jack products are “all natural, naturally derived, non-toxic and exceptionally safe for consumers.” According to the lawsuit, Every Man Jack products, in truth, contain synthetic ingredients that are not natural or naturally derived.
