The operating company of Haney's Comfort Living Furniture in New Castle, Pennsylvania has filed a proposed class action against defendants Banner Life Insurance Company.
The operating company of Haney’s Comfort Living Furniture in New Castle, Pennsylvania claims in a proposed class action that defendants Banner Life Insurance Company, William Penn Life Insurance Company of New York, DJM Advisory Group, LLC and one individual sent out junk advertisement faxes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The allegedly unlawful fax messages advertised the defendants’ various life insurance products and did not contain mandatory opt-out language, according to the suit.
