A proposed class action has been filed against Assured Rx LLC over claims that the company placed illegal telemarketing calls to consumers in an attempt to sell its pain relief cream.
A proposed class action has been filed against Assured Rx LLC over claims that the company placed illegal telemarketing calls to consumers in an attempt to sell its pain relief cream. The plaintiff says she received multiple calls to her cell phone from the defendant that, upon answering, greeted her with a prerecorded voice message. According to the complaint, Assured Rx placed the calls without the plaintiff’s prior consent and “with little regard for [her] privacy.”
