Fofo's Toy Inc., which does business as The Emporium, is facing claims made in a proposed class action that it unlawfully sent out more than 5,000 junk fax ads.
Fofo’s Toy Inc., which does business as The Emporium, is facing claims made in a proposed class action that it unlawfully sent out more than 5,000 junk advertisement fax messages without first receiving prior express invitation or permission to do so. The 19-page complaint alleges the defendant sent the unwanted faxes without including Telephone Consumer Protection Act-mandated opt-out language, leaving recipients with no means of stopping the messages.
