Filed: July 17, 2017 ◆§ 0:17-cv-61411-KAM
Dental Resource Systems, Inc, aka Trudenta, allegedly sent unsolicited junk faxes in violation of federal law.
Florida
Medical marketing firm Dental Resource Systems, Inc., or Trudenta, is the defendant in a proposed class action filed by Arizona-based New Concept Dental over alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act’s junk fax clause. The lawsuit alleges Trudenta willfully contacted and invaded the privacy of proposed class members by sending junk fax messages without mandatory opt-out language to solicit its business services. The recipients of the defendant’s alleged junk faxes never provided express consent to be contacted, the lawsuit claims.
