Two plaintiffs allege in a proposed class action that NCC Business Services, Inc. ran afoul of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The case alleges the defendant sent the plaintiffs identical collection notices in which the company failed to accurate convey the amounts of debt owed. Specifically, NCC Business Services allegedly failed to disclose whether the plaintiffs’ respective debt amounts were subject to interest and/or fees and likely to increase.
