A Lombard, Illinois pizza restaurant is the plaintiff in a proposed class action against BiteSquad.com, LLC claiming the online food ordering service ran afoul of federal junk fax prevention law. Filed over alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the case claims the defendant sent unsolicited junk faxes to at least 40 other recipients in addition to the plaintiff without first receiving express invitation or permission.
