Filed: December 5, 2017 ◆§ 2:17cv5462
According to a lawsuit, Medical Guardian called a Pennsylvania consumer's cell phone on more than one occasion without consent.
Medical Guardian LLC is the defendant in a proposed class action in which the plaintiff claims the company used an automatic telephone dialing system to call his cell phone without prior express consent to do so. The lawsuit, which alleges violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), claims the non-emergency calls soliciting the defendant’s medical alert services began around June 2017 and continued until the following month.
