SunPro Solar, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action filed by an Ohio man who claims the defendant placed robocalls to his cell phone without his consent and in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
SunPro Solar, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action filed by an Ohio man who claims the defendant placed robocalls to his cell phone without his consent and in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). According to the complaint, the plaintiff received six calls from the defendant that were dialed using automated technology and attempted to sell him residential solar panels.
“Plaintiff does not have a relationship with Defendant, has never provided his telephone number to Defendant, nor consented or requested that Defendant call him or offer him products or services,” the complaint reads.
