A class action filed in California against Lumber Liquidators says the company’s “Dream Home” brand of laminate flooring does work as advertised. Plaintiffs claim the Chinese-made flooring falls short of industry standards and is not as durable as Lumber Liquidators claims it to be. Court documents detail extensive testing of the flooring conducted as part of the lawsuit investigation produced premature chipping, fading, visible scratch marks and wear patterns.
