Lumber Liquidators is facing another class action over its allegedly defective 'Dream Home' brand of laminate flooring.
Lumber Liquidators is facing another class action over its allegedly defective “Dream Home” brand of laminate flooring. Filed in California, the lawsuit contends that the company’s “Dream Home” line of Chinese-made laminate flooring—which umbrellas four different types of flooring—is not as durable as advertised and cannot stand up to everyday household wear and tear. Plaintiffs say they were misled by Lumber Liquidators when they were told that they shouldn’t worry about the flooring’s susceptibility to scratch marks from the claws of pets.
