Two former doormen have filed a proposed class action against LCOR Incorporated claiming the real estate development company failed to pay proper wages. According to the case, the defendants did not pay the plaintiffs and similarly situated workers time-and-a-half overtime wages or supplemental benefits. Additionally, the plaintiffs say proposed class members are owed back pay because of the defendant’s policy of automatically deducting one hour from employees’ pay even though they were rarely ever afforded an uninterrupted break.
