A proposed class action out of California district court claims Firstsource Advantage, LLC, violated the terms of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using an automatic telephone dialing system to call proposed class members’ cell phones. The lawsuit claims the plaintiff never provided prior express consent to receive the auto-dialed calls and that, in one instance, the defendant left the man a four-minute-long silent voicemail.
