Consumers have filed a class action against Lendmark Financial Services, LLC claiming the loan services company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Consumers have filed a class action against Lendmark Financial Services, LLC claiming the loan services company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using autodialing equipment to call proposed class members’ cell phones. One of the named plaintiffs claims the defendants placed roughly 100 calls to—and left approximately 70 messages on—her cell phone between July and October 2016 even after they were given written instructions to stop.
Use of an autodialer or “predictive” calling equipment to contact consumer en masse is prohibited under the TCPA.
