A California man has filed a proposed class action claiming defendant Noli Construction, which does business as GW Construction, violated the federal TCPA.
A California man has filed a proposed class action claiming defendant Noli Construction, which does business as GW Construction, violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing unsolicited, automated robocalls to his cell phone marketing its home improvement and solar systems. The plaintiff claims the calls from the defendant, for which he gave no prior express consent, were made using an automatic telephone dialing system that utilized an artificial or prerecorded voice.
