The website operated by Five Guys Enterprises—Fiveguys.com—is difficult if not impossible for blind customers to use and is in violation of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a blind New York woman claims in a proposed class action lawsuit. The 26-page complaint alleges the defendant’s website, on which customers can order hamburgers and other food, unlawfully contains many accessibility barriers that prevent blind people from being able to independently navigate the site.
