Flynn v. Aimbridge Hospitality, Llc
Filed: December 20, 2017 ◆§ 2:17cv1649
A familiar plaintiff claims guest shuttle services offered at hotels run by Aimbridge Hospitality are not fully accessible to those with disabilities.
Pennsylvania
An Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) tester has filed yet another proposed class action, this time against Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC, over claims that transportation services offered to guests at the defendant’s hotels are not fully accessible to those with disabilities. The plaintiff claims she called the defendant’s Holiday Inn and was told by an agent that its complimentary shuttle service was not wheelchair accessible, and that no alternative transportation would be provided. The lawsuit, citing an investigation performed on the plaintiff’s behalf, claims shuttle services offered at no fewer than 37 of the defendant’s hotels violate ADA regulations.
