A California man has filed a proposed class action against Ion Solar, LLC over alleged Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations. The lawsuit alleges Ion Solar placed numerous calls to the plaintiff’s cell phone through an automatic telephone dialing system despite the man having never provided the defendant with his phone number.
